They say fashion is wearable art. A way to express how we feel on the inside to the outside world. Art is a manifestation of the artists internal conflicts, mind processes, and neuroses. Both meant to invoke an emotional response. Walking into Palazzo Grassi in Venice some time ago in the exotic environment Rudolf Stingel creates a sense of intimacy and self reflection in a gargantuan space covered completely in rich red Ottoman carpeting.
